Jon is a super helpful person. I ordered on Thurs night and the items were shipped out on Friday morning, if it wasn't a weekend I wouldn't be surprised if I got the stuff delivered the same day. Yes he may have stock issues, but who doesn't? Stick with him and you won't regret. Prices are also very competitive at least to us Canadians. And yes the hand written note, a personal touch!
