Barber supply store

I had the worst haircut experience ever in Canada. The stylist seemed completely unaware of what they were doing. If I had booked a specific package, I expected to receive the corresponding service. Otherwise, what is the purpose of displaying these packages on the booking page if they cannot be fulfilled as advertised?

I love sallys so giving it 4 stars but just had to comment it is not open until 6 on Sundays even though Google says so.

Would be no stars if this was possible. Horrible customer service. This is the second time I've had terrible customer service with this location, not to mention the horrible advice given to me by the “hair specialists” that work here multiple times.Tonight I was running behind after a long day, my google maps said that I would be at this location right at 6:59pm. So I called to see if they could please not close early as I was going to be there right before close. The one staff couldn't make a final decision as there was a manger on shift who had to make that call, so as the manager dealt with another customer, this staff member helped me grab my stuff I needed off the shelf so it would all be ready to go. The manager got on the phone and was very firm that if the clock strikes 7, the door would be closed (okay, I understand these are the store hours but I've worked a long life of retail and customer service and personally...i don't think great customer service is a common thing these days because I would have stayed even an extra 10-20 mins if a customer called me the way I called this manager today. Where is the gratitude for your job and the customers that make it possible for you to be employed?) well, I arrive as the the clock in my car and on my cell phone still currently say 6:59pm and I can see from across the parking lot that the open sign is already off and as I get closer the white bars are already closed across the doors. I get out of my car LITERALLY as the clock turns to 7pm in hopes that maybe they are still open For me to quickly grab my stuff but Nope! Guess they really didn't want that extra sale. Close early to avoid serving me. I would have been better not calling.I will literally never even attempt to use this Sallys location again. Waste of time and the staff are, for the most part, are rude and not knowledgeable whatsoever.

Popped in here last night to see if anyone had time to buzz my undercut. The receptionist was lovely and got me booked in with Jessica straight away. I had my 5 year old in tow and they asked her if she wanted to watch a show on the TV and even got her a juice box. Jessica was friendly, made great conversation and was quick and efficient. The space was clean and well organized, the barber chairs were gorgeous and so comfortable, like a throne. The location is very convenient. I look forward to my next visit.

The staff was kind and helpful. They were lower in stock than I have seen before.

Great vibe! You get your money’s worth! They care about their business and brand. Talented staff. I’ve been going there for almost a year and I’ve never been disappointed. Open the app, book your appointment and you’re all set. No need to wait hours for a haircut. However, parking is the only issue.

Had to buy some clippers today and the service was excellent. Nice little store and great customer service!

Ouin… Très déçu. J’avais eu de très bons commentaires sur le salon mais je crois que je suis tombé entre 2 chaises. Les filles sont vraiment sympathiques mais 32$ pour un rasage sur les côté en 11 minutes top chrono, c’est très cher pour moi. Trop gêné pour y retourner car mes favoris sont mal taillés.

This review is clearly for people who work in the shop. I have been coming to the shop for around 2 years and I always have a great and satisfied service until today.I went to the shop on Sunday May 21st for the haircut I got assigned to the guy with Red t-shirt and wearing black cap. This guy was not at all friendly worst haircut styling I have ever got.The way he treated long time customer like was not at all good.He seemed not interested in attending his customers.When I asked him that I needed the hairwash he refused to do so giving me the reason that there are more people waiting.This is not the way I am expecting the service going forward.The guy I mentioned above is not at all professional.Sorry for the bad review guys but just wanted to let you guys and other people know.

Satti was excellent and professional and was super informative and overall great at his job and enjoys what he does 10/10 would recommend a haircut from him
